How long will it take to launch the Program?

It will take approximately 7-14 days to launch the new program after you have confirmed your teacher and advertising. We provide you with lists of materials to purchase, demo shifts, interviewing questions, manuals, room set up details and our integration system so you can start offering classes in a short amount of preparation time. We understand how valuable your time is. 

Can my studio customize the Syllabus?

Yes you bet, we provide you with the System, Strategy and Syllabus for you to have a highly successful Fine Arts Club. This Syllabus is based on customization and you are welcome to make changes and adjustments so that it works for your studio and students. We have a section in the Syllabus for teacher notes, and strongly recommend that you review and reflect for upcoming years.

How many lesson plans are included in the Syllabus?

The Syllabus includes ten months of lesson planning with ten unique themes. You will notice that some lesson plans are repetitive - this is so students can build on skills and retain information. When preparing for show days, we recommend that no new material is taught. Pleas note the first week of September has been adjusted to account for transitions, welcoming and integration. Every year we release a new Syllabus, so it keeps your program fresh and evolving. We have three years of Syllabus available for purchase.

How do I get the music?

All of the playlists are ready for you to downloaded from Apple Music. Playlists are labelled and ready to enjoy from your device

What System should I purchase?

We want what is best for you and your studio. If you are ready for growth, we recommend purchasing the Premium System. This System will save you significant time, allowing you to work on the business and not so much in the business. If you wish to upgrade your System at a later time you may do so for an additional $400 within the first three months. All of our resources were carefully created with strategy and purpose. 

What happens if I need more help?

Once you purchase the system, we set up a meeting to review the content and answer any questions you may have. We also have group calls available and you can always shoot us an email as we want you to thrive. If you require additional support and training, we offer consultations for an additional fee. Studios who purchase the Premium package will receive monthly video training overviews and one monthly group call. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have. 

When do I receive the monthly syllabus?

Monthly syllabus will be released on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month as a digital file to download and print. You will receive a video with an overview of the program for you and your teaching team to review before launching the program. In the Premium package you will also receive monthly videos providing tips for success. We have focused on the teacher, director and parent channels so that minimal time is required from the director to execute. 

When will I receive the program after I purchase it?

You will receive your System, training videos and first month of Syllabus within two business days of purchase.

How do I pay for the program?

We require a  credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on file for monthly payments with your initial system purchase. If you pay for the system in full, you will receive two free 30 minute consultations (valued at $200). 

Can I launch the program after my dance season has started?

Yes, you can launch during any month that works for your studio. The most common months are September and January to launch. We provide you with the strategy to begin on during any month of your choice.  We have studios starting every month and there is no better time to start than now.
