3 Tips Preschool-Aged Children:

Having holistic play-based goals can make a significant impact when thinking about the wellbeing of a child.

Tip 1: Play and Playfulness

Incorporate play into your classes with imagination and fun. Bringing in playful energy will do wonders for your classes and allow you to enjoy the process.

Tip 2: Communication and Literacies

When you are consistent with your messaging, you provide clear communication for children. Children love the consistency as it makes them feel relaxed.

Tip 3: Diversity and Social Responsibility Understanding that there will always be diversity in your classes, all students and teachers must be socially responsible to respect and honor what makes us unique and special.

The early years form the basis of intelligence, personality, social behavior, and the capacity to learn and develop. That's why the impact is so significant working with younger students.


When children have opportunities to build strong brain architecture during early childhood, it helps them establish a healthy foundation for life. Remember you are helping children build healthy tools for life!
